This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for a Development Feasibility Study of Township Owned Lands in Amherstview West, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of this project is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the Township owned property located within the Amherstview West Secondary Plan Lands, enabling Loyalist Township Council to make an informed decision regarding the properties future development plans. |
