This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") issued by Loyalist Township (the "Township") invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the County Road 4 Washroom Addition project, as detailed in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The scope of this project includes the construction of a 575 square foot addition to the County Road #4 Parks and Facilities Garage, which will feature two new washrooms, one changeroom, one vestibule, and one utility closet. The project also involves the demolition of the existing boardroom, accessibility upgrades, including the installation of new doors, and the addition of an EV charging station. |
