This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the purchase and development of surplus Township-owned lands municipally known as 231 Amherst Drive, Amherstview, Ontario, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B - the “Deliverables”).
The RFP includes the sale of a single parcel of surplus Township-owned lands at 231 Amherst Drive. The lands are zoned Residential Type 1, have a total site area of approximately 0.30 acres and 17.65 m of frontage on Amherst Drive. Various encumbrances exist related to the CNR line, external utilities, and an adjacent stormwater management block.
