This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Information Technology and Geographic Information Systems Master Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this RFP is to secure the services of a consultant to conduct an Information Technology (IT) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Master Plan (MP). The plan is to include a comprehensive review of Loyalist Township’s information technology, processes, policies, information security and network integrity and assist in creating a workplan for larger information technology projects. |
