This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services for a System Connection Feasibility Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The project includes analyzing different options to determine the feasibility of connecting the two distribution/collection systems that Loyalist Township operates. The Township owns and operates the following systems
The aim of this study is to evaluate different options for connecting these systems and to determine what options are most feasible as the Township grows. |
