This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for OSIM Structures Inspection, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Bridge and Higher Risk Structure program will consist of the following four separate components:

1. OSIM Inspections

Perform OSIM inspection and reporting Cycle for 2026, 2028 and 2030 for all structures on the structure evaluation list found in Appendix E of this RFP. There are 12 Culverts and 14 Bridges.

2. OSIM Inspections for Short list of Non-OSIM Structures

Perform OSIM inspection and report for all structures on the structure evaluation list found in Appendix E2 of this RFP for 2026 only.

3. Structural Evaluations

Perform a structural evaluation for Maple Road Bridge OSIM 111, Submit a separate report on the findings of the investigation and create a list of suggested action and timeline to follow.

4. Deck Condition Assessment  

Perform a deck condition assessment for Violet Road Bridge OSIM 113, submit a separate report on the findings of the investigation and create a list of suggested action and timeline to follow.
