This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2025-28 - Fairfield House Building Condition Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Loyalist Township is seeking a Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Building Condition Assessment of Fairfield House, located at 4574 Loyalist Parkway (Hwy 33), Amherstview, Ontario. The Fairfield House is a designated heritage property under the protection of the Ontario Heritage Trust. Constructed in the 18th century, the farmhouse is a Georgian-style structure featuring a timber frame and limestone foundation. The exterior is finished with wood cladding, a wood-shingled roof, and a two-story veranda spanning the full front façade. |
