This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Millhaven Admin Building Construction and Operations Building Renovation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The project includes construction of a new administration building and renovation of the existing operations building at 240 Lennox and Addington County Rd 4, Bath, ON K0H 1G0.


Milestones and Completion Dates
The successful proponent agrees to complete the work in its entirety prior to June 03, 2027.
