This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pouring rights for non-alcoholic beverages, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP seeks to secure a strategic partner for exclusive non-alcoholic beverage pouring rights across Loyalist Township including but not limited to the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, Brooklands Fine Homes Arena, Barr Homes Aquatic Centre, Willie Pratt Sports Complex and other municipally own and operated facilities. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive solution that aligns with our goals of enhancing customer experience, ensuring product diversity, and maximizing revenue through sponsorship and concession agreements.
